Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2026
Nicki McCoy is committed to making NickiMcCoy.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone who visits the Site to feel welcome and to find the experience easy to use.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
What we are doing
We work to follow accessibility best practices—such as clear headings and page structure, meaningful alternative text for images, sufficient color contrast, readable fonts, descriptive links, and keyboard-navigable menus. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to review and improve the Site over time.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and fix issues as we find them. If you run into a barrier anywhere on the Site, please tell us—your feedback helps us improve.
Third-party content
Some features may be provided by third parties (for example, embedded videos or forms). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we choose partners with accessibility in mind wherever possible.
We want your feedback
If you have trouble accessing any part of this Site, or you have a suggestion, please email [email protected]. We will do our best to help and, where needed, to provide the information you need in an alternative format.
